By purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order.We offer digital and/or printed photography products, including but not limited to photo prints, digital downloads, and photography session bookings.
All descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
Colors and tones may vary depending on screen or print settings. The quality may also be decreased if you dont download properly or your device does so on its own.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order—it simply acknowledges that we have received it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Digital files (including downloads) are delivered electronically. Once delivered, they are non-refundable.
Unless otherwise stated, you are purchasing a personal use license only. This means you may print, share, or display the images for personal purposes, but you may not resell, alter, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Session bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice (minimum 7 days) subject to availability.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For physical prints or products, I will ship to addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates only; I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
For physical products, only defective or damaged items may be returned or replaced within [5] days of delivery. You must contact me first at taevinncrowley@gmail.com for authorization.
Session fees and deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by me.

All images, designs, and content are the intellectual property of [Taevinn Crowley / tc.flickz].
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Idaho/United States Of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Boise, Idaho.

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

IF YOU BOOK AND PLAN ON CANCELLING, PLEASE DO SO WITHIN 48 HOURS OR THERE WILL BE A CANCELLATION FEE EQUAL TO 1/4th THE PRICE OF THE SHOOT
